You represent and warrant that:

• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SwissBot.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
